Shipping Costs for the United States

As part of the ordering procedure, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method.

Delivery costs vary depending on the value of your order and the shipment method you select:

GROUND: Complimentary shipping on all orders.

GROUND

Allow between three (3) to seven (7) business days between the date of your order and your date of delivery.

2ND-DAY

Your order must reach Lalique before 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).  It will be delivered within two (2) business days.

OVERNIGHT PM OR OVERNIGHT AM

Your order must reach Lalique before 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).  It will be delivered the following business day.

This overnight option is not available for addresses in Hawaii and Alaska.  Please contact our customer service department to confirm this option


Shipping Costs for Canada

As part of the ordering procedure, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method.

Delivery costs are a flat rate but vary depending on the shipping method you select:

  • Ground: $25
  • 2nd Day: $150
  • Overnight: $185

Lalique cannot guarantee delivery to locations in Canada in the timeframe selected due to circumstances that may be out of Lalique’s control such as customs and border checkpoints.

GROUND

Allow between five (5) to ten (10) business days between the date of your order and your date of delivery.

2ND-DAY

Your order must reach Lalique before 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). It will be delivered within two (2) business days. Please contact our Customer Service Department to confirm this option.  If this shipping method is selected, We will process your order for delivery within this timeframe, but We cannot guarantee 2-day delivery to locations in Canada due to circumstances that may be out of Lalique’s control such as customs and border checkpoints.

OVERNIGHT PM OR OVERNIGHT AM

Your order must reach Lalique before 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). It will be delivered the following business day. Please contact our Customer Service Department to confirm this option.  If this shipping method is selected, We will process your order for delivery within this timeframe, but We cannot guarantee overnight delivery to locations in Canada due to circumstances that may be out of Lalique’s control such as customs and border checkpoints.

We will inform you of the shipping costs for the shipping method you will have selected in the order summary displayed on the Website before you confirm your order. This amount is payable by you in addition to the purchase price of the products ordered, as well as all applicable taxes and any foreign currency transaction fees.
