What are the delivery times & conditions for my order?

Shipping to the United States

As part of the ordering procedure, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method.


GROUND
Allow between three (3) to seven (7) business days between the date of your order and your date of delivery.

2ND-DAY
Your order must reach Lalique before 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). It will be delivered within two (2) business days.
Please contact our Customer Service department to confirm this option.

OVERNIGHT PM OR OVERNIGHT AM
Your order must reach Lalique before 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). It will be delivered the following business day.
This overnight option is not available for addresses in Hawaii and Alaska.
Please contact our Customer Service department to confirm this option.

Shipping to Canada

As part of the ordering procedure, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method.

GROUND
allow between five (5) to ten (10) business days between the date of your order and your date of delivery.

2ND-DAY
Your order must reach Lalique before 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). It will be delivered within two (2) business days. Please contact our Customer Service Department to confirm this option. If this shipping method is selected, we will process your order for delivery within this timeframe, but we cannot guarantee 2-day delivery to locations in Canada due to circumstances that may be out of Lalique’s control such as customs and border checkpoints.

OVERNIGHT
Your order must reach Lalique before 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). It will be delivered the following business day. Please contact our Customer Service Department to confirm this option. If this shipping method is selected, we will process your order for delivery within this timeframe, but we cannot guarantee overnight delivery to locations in Canada due to circumstances that may be out of Lalique’s control such as customs and border checkpoints.

How to return an item purchased on us.lalique.com?

When making a purchase on us.lalique.com, you may cancel your order and return the item/items to Lalique within 30 days, beginning with the day of delivery.

To return a product, please contact Lalique Customer Service Department at customerservice@lalique.com; or at 1.888.488.2580 between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time), to receive a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number. You must enclose the original receipt with your return or a copy if you are returning part of your order.

For products received as a gift obtained from the Website, you are only entitled to a merchandise exchange. You may exchange the product for one or several different products which together are equal in value to the full value of the purchase price of the original product you received as a gift.

Fragrances and candles cannot be returned or refunded if the seal has been removed by the Client.

Please be aware that personalized products cannot be returned nor refunded.

Returns are submitted at the expense and risk of customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in sellable condition. Items damaged, soiled in anyway and/or incomplete will not be accepted.

What are the conditions and delays of a refund?

The refund period can take up to 5 calendar days from the reception of your return. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. Please also note that the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchased product.

If you exchange products, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded. Only one exchange with respect to each product originally ordered will be honored (i.e., exchanged products may not be subsequently exchanged a second time).

I lost my login password, how do I reset it?

If you have lost your login password, go to My Account Page and click on "forgot your password". Enter your e-mail address and an email will be sent to you prompting you to reset your password.

I am in possession of a lalique item and would like to identify it,authenticate it or obtain a quotation. How do i proceed?

If you need help to identify your item, please attach at least one photo of the product and one or more photos of the items signature (R. Lalique, Lalique or Lalique France). All Lalique glass and crystal pieces have been signed on the bottom or the lower part of the piece.

Unfortunately, we are unable to officially authenticate your item, nor are we able to provide a quotation. We invite you to contact a recognized expert such as an Auction House, who can examine your piece and provide you with a quotation.
